Do not trust these people My washing machine broke down so I called this company and and a so-called engineer came along. He did not wear a mask or keep any distance used my toilet didn't wash his hands with soap when he came out Had one look at the washing machine said it's too old to repair and no parts are available . Based on that I bought a brand new washing machine from Argos. When they delivered it today day-to-day they showed me that there was nothing wrong with my washing machine other than a blocked pipe. This company seem to say that their local but they're not. When I found out this information I phoned and asked can I speak to the manager? they said they can't give his name or his number all I can do is send an email to some email address that they gave me. I sent an email and got no reply I was charged £79 for nothing Additionally I had to buy a new washing machine that was not necessary. They seem to take advantage of old age pensioners.
