Meridian Soils Limited was incorporated by Neil Hawkins in April 2000 with the aim of providing high quality technical site investigations work with minimal disruption.
Neil has been a soils engineer since 1985 and his extensive experience has allowed him to develop the efficient, reliable and high quality service that we at Meridian Soils Limited are known for today.
Since incorporation, we have developed our client base through word of mouth recommendations. Neil and our highly skilled team of 5 technicians and engineers now reach out to individual homeowners, architects, drilling and piling companies, insurance loss adjusters and specialist engineers.
We take great pride in providing you with a valued, friendly and professional service. Through careful selection of investigation methods we have been able to generate accurate, unbiased and informative investigation reports.
Our laboratory is situated on the outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex. Meridian Soils primarily operates within East Anglia, London and the South East but it's proximity to the county's major roads and motorways allows us to cover greater distances with relative ease. It also provides a good location for clients to deliver samples for testing.
